Mystique Noire offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Making a purchase
By clicking "Add to basket" you can put all desired products into your shopping cart. Please select color and size (if applicable) before adding. Otherwise we'll use a default Size and color. If you're done, click on the shopping cart symbol on the top right corner of our store and select "Checkout" or "view Basket". The shown shipping cost are estimated and will be recalculated after we know the shiopping address. On the following page you are aske to provide your address and shipping address. It's recomended to create an account but you can proceed as guest as well. After entering your address, click on "Update Basket" or "Checkout" to see the shipping cost for your order. These are calculated by the weight of all items and the destination country. Clicking on "Checkout" again takes you to the selection of payment methodes. All payments are done via Paypal - regardless if with credit card or paypal account. After payment is done, you're back on our site.
Shipping and handling
We use DHL / German Post as carrier. The calculated shipping cost at checkout are containing all cost for shipping and handling. We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Norway only. See shipping
Delivery
The estimated delivery time is between 14 and 28 days. This depends on the destination country as well as on the time your Customs may need.
Taxes
All items in our shop are listed without Tax. You don't have to pay our sales tax because we're exporting our articles. Maybe you have to pay import taxes but that depends on your domestic law and your personal tax exemption (see Custom fees)
Customs fees
We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees or taxes imposed by your government. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and pay any such custom and duty fees. It is your responsibility to know you country’s laws regarding imports. If items are taken into customs and destroyed because they are not allowed we hold no liability.
